Rents are determined by the room size, location and facilities. Rents are in the range of £295-£350 per month for a single and £450- £500 per month for a double/family room. Room rent includes lighting and heating. The kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Residents provide and cook their own food. High speed wireless internet connection is available in all houses for £5 per month.
